B2PRIME Says Q2 Net Profit Rose 79% as H1 Trading Income…
B2PRIME reported that second-quarter net profit increased 79% from the first quarter, while operating profit rose 74%. The privately held liquidity and trading-infrastructure provider did not publish the underlying quarterly euro amounts or year-on-year comparisons.
The company also said trading income reached EUR 56.5 million in the first half of 2026, already above the EUR 53 million generated during all of 2025. H1 net profit was reported at 133.5% of the previous full-year result, although the announcement did not disclose either net-profit amount.
The figures were presented in a leadership letter from Founder and Executive Director Eugenia Mykuliak and Chief Strategy Officer Alex Tsepaev. They are company-reported management figures rather than a full financial statement and were not accompanied by a balance sheet, cash-flow statement or auditor’s report.
Quarterly Growth Comes From the Core Business, B2PRIME Says
B2PRIME attributed the increase to its trading operations rather than one-off items. The group said volatile oil and gold markets raised demand for execution quality and reliable infrastructure during the quarter.
Operating profit increasing almost as quickly as net profit supports the company’s claim that the movement came from core activity. The lack of absolute quarterly figures, however, prevents readers from calculating margins or determining how much of the rise followed a weak first quarter.
B2PRIME also reported a 54% increase in shareholder equity during Q2. It did not publish the opening or closing equity balance or explain whether the rise came from retained earnings, a capital contribution or another balance-sheet movement.
B2TRADER Added an AI Assistant and a New Front End
The company launched an AI Assistant inside B2TRADER in June. The tool brings market information and analysis into the trading workspace, and B2PRIME has since opened access to guests.
Management said the objective was to reduce the time traders spend moving among news, analytics and research tools. It did not claim that the assistant replaces investment judgement or autonomously executes trades.
The group also moved its client cabinet to a new front-end technology stack. B2PRIME said this allows faster development and gives users a more direct route between account management and trading.
The product work fits a wider industry shift. FinanceFeeds has examined why younger traders may shape platforms more than AI alone and why multi-asset firms are combining products inside one account.
Cyprus Expansion Adds Operating Capacity
B2PRIME opened an expanded Cyprus office in June after a year of renovation. The company presented the site as additional capacity for its growing team and client base but did not provide headcount, floor space or investment figures.
The group also held its B2MEET event around the iFX EXPO International in Cyprus and said future editions are planned in Asia. Those events form part of its institutional relationship strategy rather than a measurable contributor to the reported profit increase.
B2PRIME operates through regulated entities in Cyprus, Mauritius, Seychelles, South Africa, the Bahamas and Dubai. The company website states that corporate and institutional clients in the UAE are onboarded through its DFSA-regulated MENA entity.
The Undisclosed Expansion Remains a Future Claim
Management said the company is working on an initiative intended to support further growth and changing client investment needs. No product, jurisdiction, acquisition or timetable was disclosed, so the statement cannot yet be treated as an announced launch.
The existing data show rapid sequential growth, but important comparison points remain missing. Full assessment requires Q2 and Q1 euro figures, year-on-year results, client assets, trading volumes, expenses and the source of the shareholder-equity increase.
Those measures matter in an infrastructure market where competition is expanding. Spotware recently added executable liquidity for brokers and prop firms, while tokenized markets are adding new operating requirements.
FinanceFeeds has also reported that digital-asset venues are moving into foreign-exchange derivatives. B2PRIME’s unified account covers CFDs, crypto spot and perpetual futures, placing its results inside the same convergence of brokerage and digital-asset infrastructure.
The next useful update is therefore not the description of a future project but a complete set of financial numbers. Until then, the strongest disclosed result is the EUR 56.5 million of H1 trading income, which exceeded B2PRIME’s stated total for 2025.
