FinanceFeeds Awards 2026 Name SPAYZ.io ‘Payment Service…

SPAYZ.io, a payment infrastructure provider specialising in emerging and complex markets, has been named “Payment Service Provider of the Year” by the FinanceFeeds Awards 2026

SPAYZ.io has built its offering around one of the most persistent challenges facing internationally active merchants: accessing the payment methods customers actually use in individual markets without building and maintaining dozens of separate integrations. Through a single API integration, SPAYZ.io provides merchants access to more than 55 payment solutions spanning bank transfers, online banking, eWallets, QR-code payments, mobile payments, payins, payouts and mass-payout infrastructure.

The company’s model is particularly relevant in emerging markets, where payment behaviour can differ significantly from one country to another and where international card networks alone may not provide sufficient coverage. Businesses entering Southeast Asia may need access to local QR systems, banking networks, and digital wallets, while African markets can require extensive mobile-money and local bank-transfer capabilities. SPAYZ.io brings these fragmented payment rails together through a unified infrastructure designed to make expansion easier to manage.

SPAYZ.io reports that its infrastructure handles more than 20 million transactions annually.  The platform is particularly focused on businesses with complex payment requirements, including companies operating within Forex, iGaming, cryptocurrency, and other sectors that may face greater challenges when accessing traditional banking and payment-processing infrastructure.

Serving Markets Others Often Find Difficult

The Payment Service Provider of the Year award reflects SPAYZ.io’s core proposition. Instead of requiring merchants to build separate technical integrations with local banks, eWallet providers, mobile-payment operators, and alternative payment networks in each target market, SPAYZ.io enables businesses to manage multiple payment methods through one connection.

Its network covers more than 35 countries, with particularly extensive broad across Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

In Southeast Asia, the infrastructure can provide access to local payment environments involving systems such as PromptPay QR in Thailand, FPX, DuitNow and GrabPay in Malaysia, QRIS in Indonesia, and regionally important eWallets such as Touch ‘n Go and DANA/OVO. Other supported markets include Vietnam, the Philippines, South Korea, India, Pakistan, Mongolia, and Bangladesh.

Across Africa, SPAYZ.io has developed payment coverage in markets including Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Cameroon, Congo, South Africa, Tanzania, and Zambia. Its wider regional footprint also extends into the Middle East and neighbouring markets, including the United Arab Emirates.

The SPAYZ.io brand has been registered with Canada’s Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre, FINTRAC, as a Money Services Business. The entity is operating under an MSB Canadian license and can sign contracts, provide currency exchange, and transfer money. Initially, they have fast bank and payment system integration and ensure compliance with regulatory compliance (KYC, KYB, monitoring).

SPAYZ.io also maintains a significant commercial presence in Cyprus, which has become an important operational base for the company and its client-facing team.

The P2P Agent Dashboard

One of the features that differentiates SPAYZ.io from more conventional payment gateways is its P2P Agent Dashboard, a specialised SaaS platform for merchants working with networks of local payment agents and service providers.

The dashboard gives businesses a centralised dashboard from which they can automatically distribute, control and monitor transactions. Rather than relying on fragmented manual processes, merchants can manage agent activity, balances, commissions, settlements, payouts, and transaction reporting through a single interface.

The platform also allows merchants to establish different access permissions for team members while maintaining oversight across multiple agents and transaction streams.

SPAYZ.io’s infrastructure has been developed with cross-border businesses in mind. International expansion often creates operational complexity long before transaction volumes increase. Merchants must manage different currencies, payment providers, payout schedules, settlement arrangements, and local customer expectations while attempting to maintain consistent financial reporting and risk controls.

SPAYZ.io reduces that burden by placing multiple payment services inside one infrastructure. Alongside payment collection, the company supports payout and mass-payout capabilities, an increasingly important feature for businesses that need to distribute funds quickly across multiple countries or customer groups.

Flexible Settlement and Digital Assets

SPAYZ.io also supports businesses seeking greater flexibility in how they handle cross-border settlement.

The company’s payment infrastructure has included settlement capabilities involving digital assets such as USDT and Bitcoin alongside conventional fiat currencies. This may be particularly relevant to internationally active merchants that need to manage treasury operations across markets where traditional cross-border banking can be slower or more difficult to access.

SPAYZ.io also promotes a security framework incorporating encryption technologies, transaction risk controls, anti-money-laundering processes and customer and business verification procedures. The company refers to PCI DSS compliance and the use of technologies and standards including RSA encryption, AES encryption, TLS and 3-D Secure.

“Receiving FinanceFeeds’ Payment Service Provider of the Year award is an important recognition of the work our team has done to make complex international payments easier for merchants,” said Tatjana Meluskane, Chief Commercial Officer. “Businesses expanding across Africa, Asia and the Middle East need more than a standard payment gateway. They need access to local payment methods, reliable payouts and infrastructure that can adapt as they enter new markets. Our goal at SPAYZ.io is to give them that flexibility through one integrated platform.”

“Payments should enable growth rather than become an obstacle to it. And SPAYZ.io stood out because its proposition addresses the difficult part of international payments: making fragmented local infrastructure manageable at scale. Its combination of regional payment access, payout capabilities and centralised agent management gives merchants a workable route into markets that can otherwise be operationally demanding. That practical depth made SPAYZ.io a compelling choice for this year’s award,” added FinanceFeeds EIC Nikolai Isayev.
